There are good news from the forum of the German publisher:

Next week there will be an event at Burg Stahleck in Germany where a complete box with the final rules will be available for demo play. So, new infos should be forthcoming.

I will be at this event (Lure of MECCG) and get my grubby fingers on this game. Should be the final game (although "home made PnP") and the final rules of the German edition.

I will post my experiences and hopefully be able to answer some questions after the event.
