Quick Q: Do FFG send out corrected unit cards for those units or we're stuck using the PDF and FAQ they uploaded?

There's been no word on reissues of the misprinted cards. And it's very unlikely, considering they've made available high-resolution files of those cards for you to print your own.

FFG answer:
"We currently have no plans to reprint new unit cards for the Commissars. Please refer to the FAQ for the proper rulings regarding this unit.
We are still waiting on the proper replacements to arrive for SSU Specialists Expansion."

What is interesting is that the tournament rules state that proxy or homemade unit cards are not allowed.
Printing these and sticking them on other Dust Tactics cards is no different than printing other official cards and using (say) two recon grenadiers with a wire stuck in their backpack as a spotter team (conversions are allowed, as long as they clearly show what model it is).
