IMO Ludwig beats the wotan and costs 1/3 less…. I just don't thnik 2 dices are relaiable… On the other hand against more than 4 armor it can be more usefull

I've used Ryu and the 2 dice with 3 damage work pretty good especially if you can get a sustained attack.

Is it just me, or do the new legs for the Axis walkers actually look really "spindly"? There seems to be something off, comparing them to the older crouched pose…

Nope, big fat body on skinny legs just look all wrong, I intend swapping legs with another walker, probably Loths.

It's funny, cause range 10 is something that was introduced by Dust-Models with their cards for the Ryu and the Barking Dog. It seems FFG just went along with it with the Wotan, which is little more than a Ryu variant.

I think it makes a lot of sense for the laser, since the Hermann's heavy laser has quite a range limitation (from an axis pov).

I thought Dust Studio/Models designed the rules for Tactics , with FFG distributing ? As opposed to Warfare where FFG do both

Youre correct, Paolo and team still design the game.  FFG publishes and distributes (and organizes play).  Though I'm sure FFG probably has some design input

No, I've mentioned that before. They removed a couple of pistons, making them thinner. This plus the new more raised pose makes the legs look much weaker than before. Nothing too troublesome, but I do prefer the old legs.

And yeah, Paolo and Dust Games certainly still design the game, but I'm sure FFG also has a say in it. I though of range 10 more of a "Dust-Games thing" only because it had been in existence for a long time in the "unofficial" Dust-Models line.

Camo pattern is different in these pics than in the ones that Dust Studio posted (which uses mismatching green/brown jungle-pattern). Anyone happens to know how the premiums will be sold? I can't imagine FFG and Dust Studio releasing separate cards with diff camo. Reading recent news on Dust Game it's suggested they'll ship their premium with the green camo but with non-matching card, where the mech has the arctic camo.

Mass distribution cards will be the red/green camo pattern.  These cards shown are the Studio premiums, which is an alt pattern they are doing to match the previous camo pattern.  you'll be able to get premiums in either pattern.

I'm sure this has already been posted, but in case (like me) you haven't seen it before, a nice blog post by the guy who painted the Wotan/Flamm-Luther
