I am looking at putting together a Doom Eagle PC, and I have a few questions. Do they not have squad mode abilities? or do I follow the Smurfs I mean Ultramarines ones.
and my other question is from 1st Founding do those squad and solo abilities get gained by all the additional founding of a chapter unless otherwise noted?

We have decided to use the squad and solo modes on pg. 32-33 in Rites of Battle for the codex chapters. We just pick from the lists.
