AFAIK there is no unified complete FAQ. There are a number of posts and files with essential clarifications (there are errors in translation from Italian to English, for example) HERE:

Do you have a max price Rage of Bahamut RageMedals you would pay for an item? I have a lot of 80s, but I don't actually Rage of Bahamut RageMedals do dailies everyday to make gold. Rage of Bahamut RageMedals I have maybe 25k in total on each of my servers.
