the final battle in eye for an eye

Hello,

My PCs have arrived at the lodge and are about to begging the investigation. They are pretty efficient and I am worried that theory might get to the final scene during the session. How did you run the final battle ? Did you set up a progress tracker like the book suggests? Or did you run it differently?

In the german Tanelorf Forum a player made aprogress bar and pools based on player actions.

Have alook here: http://tanelorn.net/index.php/topic,74027.msg1511557.html#msg1511557

Depending how drugged the NPCs are and what has happened at the dinner the defenders have their pool. Also the Beasts have their pool depending on living beastmen.

Every step, Beastmen and NPCs die in the battle.

We used it for our session and the players landed in the thick of the fight rescuing the Lodge by killing the wargor.

Unaided and drugged the Lodge will fall.

Yes I need to figure something out as the battle and demon raising is going to be the next session. I think I might go with whit dice for those fighting on the good side and black for the beast men. Being that my players did not stop any of the NPCs, aside from the kennel guy and the dog get poisoned, it's going to be tough.
