AGoT: LCG and Boardgame
Published on 28 December 2008 - 11:08:24

May be this was answered before and I didn't find it.

At the time I have neither the LCG nor the boardgame. My question about those games is: May I play the cardgame in connection with the boardgame, or are both standalone games, which can't be connected.

Thx

They are completely separate games. They do not connect in any way. Well, except that some of the artwork is the same/similar.

There is a fine line between 'hobby' and 'mental illness.'

The boardgame is a regular Boardgame, you dont need to know anything about the world and the books.

The cards are a completely different game as Ktom already said, it was originally a CCG but in last few months it has changed  to LCG, so the coreset might look like a boardgame a little but it is not. It just contains some fancy stuff but the cards are the most important thing.
