Hey all, was just wondering if anyone lives in Japan at all who plays WI?

No worries. I am in Tokyo. Just went to Akihabara last weekend to get some sleeves for my cards...

Ah...I'm based down in Osaka.  A bit of a slap for a game :P  I presume you have other friends who play in Tokyo?  Do you get your battle packs etc shipped over?  I haven't been able to find a Japanese retailer who stocks any WI.

Ah, Osaka, that's a shame. Well, I have 2 guys I play with on occasions, but have no good view on the actual community here. I hear there is a community among the Japanese, but have not linked up to it yet.

So far I got all my stuff on Amazon.co.jp, but I haven't bought any BPs yet, only the Core Set and the Deluxe Expansions. They do have BPs on Amazon though, but there are in stock much later than in Europe or the US and also a little bit more pricey.

There is a chance that I come to Japan next year for one month or so... (maybe March or April). I will be located in Ebina (near Yokohama), but there is a chance that I have a day free to go to Tokyo. I would give a note, then. Maybe a small match? Osaka is, sadly, not on my route, but if I come there by chance...
