Exact sleeve dimensions?

Specifically for the standard card sleeves. They only give dimensions of the card size they fit, but not the actual dimensions of the sleeve itself. Which I'm trying to find out so I can find some plastic cases that are large enough to fit sleeved cards. Thanks!
