Is innovation there to get warpstone meteor out on turn 1?

innovation is put into the deck for so many reasons

it has a better purpose then a warpstone

its used to play a extra card first turn/ with the many 2 drops

it depends on the drawn or the deck your playing against

ok , its true : it looks odd    with  the burn it down etc.

but tis really handy sometimes

that the deck needs to develop both kingdom or battle field isnt really a downside

you need to develop anyway , it has been a custom in our game play to develop every turn

burn it down is in it to kill fast a nasty support

other supports can be killed with the Quest

ive test played many times with the deck and it keeps a asome ratio in card play and unit destruction each turn

thats way ive chosen Innovation above warpstone

yes and other things

it depends on the deck you play against

or the drawn you get

or the move the other makes

there are so many possibilities, its isnt in there for just 1card

it balance out for more then 50% of the deck cards

My apology if I missed something, but how are you playing Warpstone Meteor on turn 1?

First turn: 3 money, development, innovation, 4 money, warsptone meteor (it has 2 loyalty). Although it's better with 1 turn spawn.

Ok,  so it cost "5" total then.  (3 for its cost and 2 for its loyalty = 5)  you can still only get 4 with and innovate like you just said.  You would need 2 fledgling spawns in your starting hand + innovate in order to get the warpstone meteor in play on your first turn.  At least thats what I understand.  Am I wrong?

You start out with one loyalty, so its cost would only be 4 on the first turn without playing the Fledgling Chaos Spawn.
