Creating an Ork Runtherd

Hello All!
I am about to play an ork in an upcoming RT game with some friends and I was thinking about making a Runtherd. Besides taking the runtherd Ork Origin, which will give me wrangling, I was wondering what else I should take or do. So, I come you the fourms asking for advice in helping create this character. Anyone have any ideas?

Lots of Intimidate, and as many Grots, snotlings, and squigs as you can get :)
I'm sure there's stuff from the equipment list an agreeable GM will allow in the form of a particular breed of squig.
